About the Project
Integration of Perumda Air Minum (PDAM) water utility services directly into the Flutter-based Padang Mobile Super App. Fulfilling the Padang City Government's public service centralization initiative following the legacy standalone Kaba Aia app. Collaborating with PDAM engineers via official customer API integration to deliver live billing monitoring, water usage analytics, field technician meter photos, and disruption bulletins.

Seamless binding for multiple customer IDs (e.g., primary home, parents' residence, business unit) with an interactive card carousel featuring settling debounce to prevent redundant API calls during fast scrolling.
Real-Time Billing Status & Arrears Breakdown
Instant verification of payment status (Paid / Arrears), current bill amounts, itemized monthly arrears, penalty fees, tariff classifications, and subscription status displayed via interactive bottom sheets.
Water Usage Analytics & Volume Charts (m³)
Visualized monthly cubic-meter water consumption trends featuring average monthly usage, total accumulated volume, peak usage indicators, and date range filters.
Meter Reading Verification & Field Technician Photos
Transparent dial inspection logging initial and current stand readings alongside authentic field technician photos of on-premises water meters, timestamps, and fullscreen inspection views.
Payment History Ledger & Transaction Records
Comprehensive ledger tracking historical settlements including payment dates, total amounts, late penalties, municipal waste levies, stamp duties, and channel methods with smooth pagination.
Official Outage Bulletins & Media Feeds
Real-time broadcasts detailing pipe repairs, scheduled maintenance, and emergency water disruptions with 5-minute memory caching and integrated media playback.
