The digital municipal water utility (Perumda Air Minum / PDAM) module integrated directly into the Flutter-based Padang Mobile Super App. Previously, citizens of Padang utilized a standalone application called Kaba Aia released by PDAM Padang. As part of Padang City's digital public service unification initiative encouraging residents to use Padang Mobile as a single civic portal, Diskominfo partnered with PDAM Padang to integrate their customer API gateway, delivering all key Kaba Aia services right within Padang Mobile.
